The standard double room is neat and has Wi-Fi, a small fridge, and a kettle. The cost is £ 55. It has exceptionally nice staff members in a warm friendly manner.

Sensational breakfast, best ever had, with yoghurts and fresh milk, as example. My standard triple room was immaculately clean with the 4 beds. The location was great and easy for walking around Rowntree Park.

We had lunch in The Fisherman's Wife, placed close by. We had the standard double room provided with single bed, the bathroom plus coffee.

The hotel was set in a suburban area next to the centre of York, the Barbican and the station, train station and lovely park. Our double room was airy with a nice comfy bed, a fan and the bedroom as advertised.
